标阿里P10。但近几年字节发展较好,而且技术族职级含金量提高,基本上3-1就能对标阿里P8了,一般的阿里P9去字节也
只给3-2。周畅这个新P9直接拿到4-2职级,基本是连升2级,只能感慨周畅这个跳槽时机把握的真是好。

Chang had joined ByteDance and was responsible for AI hardware, with a rank of about 4-2 or even 5-1. 4-2 has high
credibility, while 5-1 is a bit absurd. However, I have searched for some message sources from Alibaba and ByteDance,
but have not been able to confirm. After all, sensitive individuals like Zhou Chang are likely to back away from competition,
and it is understandable to maintain a low profile and mystery. Previously, I wrote an analysis on how Zhou Chang, after
graduating with a PhD from Peking University and joining Alibaba, grew from a school to become the technical leader of
P9's Tongyi Qianwen in just 6-7 years. Now, if his joining ByteDance and his rank are true, then he has gone from a newly
promoted Alibaba P9 to a 4-2 in ByteDance, and through a perfect job hopping, he has raised his level by another level.
According to the current job level benchmarking of Internet giants, byte 4-2 is actually about to benchmark Alibaba P11.
Previously, Byte 4-1 was benchmarked against Alibaba P9, while Byte 4-2 should be benchmarked against Alibaba P10. But
in recent years, ByteDance has developed well, and the value of technical ranks has increased. Basically, a 3-1 score can
be compared to Alibaba P8, while a typical Alibaba P9 only gives a 3-2 score for ByteDance. Zhou Chang, this new P9, was

Zhou Chang is said to have a rank of 4-2 and a high salary. If he violates the non compete restriction now, he will definitely
