司确认是否要开启竞业协议,如果要公司明确表示会支付补偿金,确认好补偿金打款时间以及方式,保留录音文件,保留好
竞业协议原件。
最后,如果你离职时候并没有和公司明确是否开启竞业协议,公司后续也没有支付补偿金的行为,千万不要就此掉以轻心直
接去同行上班,如果你的原单位在拿到你确实在离职后去同行上班的证据,并且把之前的竞业补偿金一次性补上,然后对你
提出了诉讼,这个情况对于打工人来说是很不利的,最坏的结果就是面临赔偿。
这种情况解决方法应该是在离职三个月未收到补偿金后用EMS发竞业协议解除通知和解除协议给原公司,保留证据,如果公
司盖了公章那就OK。向法院提出仲裁,上传相关材料,仲裁解决。
