吉利汽车、上汽集团、蔚来、小鹏汽车、理想汽车、长安汽车、长城汽车、华为、赛力斯等。

在新能源电池方向,主要竞业员工不得在新能源电池相关企业任职,具的名单包括但不仅限于宁德时代、国轩高科、

中创新航、亿纬锂能、孚能科技、赣锋锂业、天齐锂业、欣旺达、瑞浦兰钧等企业。
