这位周畅是毕业于 PKU 的博士，在 2017 年入职阿里，曾担任阿里通义大模型技术负责人。
周博于今年 7 月从阿里离职，并于 8 月加入字节，从事大模型相关工作。
而在昨天，阿里正式回应了该消息，表示「情况属实」。

这件事，怎么评价呢。
还真不好说是阿里方面滥用了「竞业限制协议」，毕竟周博这种级别可不是普通研发人员，他是真有可能掌握核心技术，并引
领新公司的研发方向和进度的。

Zhou Bo resigned from Alibaba in July this year and joined ByteDance in August to work on large models.
Yesterday, Alibaba officially responded to the news, stating that the situation is true.

It's hard to say that Alibaba has abused the 'non compete agreement', after all, Zhou Bo is not an ordinary R&D

the new company.
